It all started with Carole (aka Carolina), whose beloved family pepper relish recipe was the heart of her kitchen.

Her Hungarian wax pepper relish was the signature flavor at the Bed & Breakfast on Mitchell creek she ran with her husband, Stan, in Glenwood Springs.

Inspired by her roots, Carole dreamed of sharing “Carole’s Kitchen” pepper creations with the world.
